2. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sales, quotations, deliveries, and services provided by Horizon Container Store 24, whether ordered online, by email, or by phone.

3. Products & Descriptions

We supply new and used shipping containers, cabins, flat packs, modular buildings, and related products.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are provided in good faith. Minor variations in colour, size, or condition (particularly for used containers) may occur.
Availability is subject to stock.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
Prices are exclusive of delivery charges, unless expressly included.
Payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card (via secure gateway), or other methods agreed in writing.
Orders must be paid in full before delivery, unless a written agreement provides alternative terms.
Horizon Container Store 24 retains ownership of all goods until full payment is received.

5. Quotations & Orders

Quotations are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
An order is only binding once confirmed in writing by us.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring site accessibility.

6. Delivery & Installation

We deliver containers across Germany, Europe, and worldwide.
Standard delivery times vary depending on location and stock. Estimated delivery dates will be provided upon order confirmation.
Deliveries are made using specialist vehicles. Customers must ensure suitable access, ground conditions, and any required permits.
If delivery is not possible due to inaccurate or incomplete site information, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Risk passes to the customer upon delivery; ownership passes upon full payment.

7. Site Requirements

Customers must ensure:

Suitable access for delivery vehicles (including clearance for weight, height, and turning space).
Stable ground, free from hazards (e.g., weak manhole covers, soft ground, overhead obstructions).
That all required permissions (planning, building regulations, etc.) are obtained where necessary.

We are not responsible for damage caused to surfaces (e.g., grass, driveways, pavements) during delivery.

8. Returns & Cancellations

New products may be returned within 14 days of delivery in line with EU consumer law, provided they are unused and in original condition.
Used or customised products are sold as seen and may not be returned unless faulty.
Cancellation prior to dispatch may incur administrative fees.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

9. Warranty & Liability

New containers are supplied with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Used containers are supplied in wind- and water-tight condition but may show signs of age, dents, or surface rust. No extended warranty is offered.
Horizon Container Store 24 is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses.
- Delays caused by shipping, customs, or third-party carriers.
- Misuse, alteration, or poor maintenance of containers.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

10. Container Modifications

Containers can be modified (e.g., doors, windows, insulation) upon request.
Customised containers are non-returnable and non-refundable.

11. Hire Terms (if applicable)

Hire agreements will include specific terms regarding duration, payment, insurance, and condition.
Hired equipment remains the property of Horizon Container Store 24 at all times.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Horizon Container Store 24 and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written consent.

13. Data Protection

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by German law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Stralsund, Germany, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
