The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Items must not be damaged, altered, or modified.

Customised or converted containers (e.g. with windows, doors, insulation, paint, or fittings) cannot be returned.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including any loading/unloading or crane charges.

We recommend using a transport method that provides tracking and insurance, as the goods remain your responsibility until received by us.
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be made within 14 days using the same payment method used for purchase, unless another arrangement has been agreed.

Delivery costs will be refunded only at the standard shipping rate. Any additional delivery services you selected (e.g., express or special delivery) are non-refundable.
